TrustBase Apply Copilot is the product name shown on our Google OAuth consent screen. It is operated by Trustbase LLC and offered to invited users—not as a public social network. This homepage describes what the product does, who it is for, and how it uses Google account data when a user chooses to connect.

TrustBase Apply Copilot combines a Chrome extension with TrustBase web portals so authorized bidders and coordinators can move faster through high-volume job applications. On employer career sites, the extension helps complete application forms using profile and resume data already stored in TrustBase. Inside the portal, teams review application activity and—when Google is connected—manage interview-related email and calendar events without switching to unrelated consumer tools.
The consulting and staffing marketing site at trustbase.llc is a separate company website. TrustBase Apply Copilot lives here on apply.trustbase.llc so Google users and reviewers can clearly identify the application that requests Gmail and Calendar access.

High-volume technical hiring creates repetitive work: the same candidate profile entered into many employer ATS forms, resume files re-uploaded, and interview loops coordinated across email threads and calendars. TrustBase Apply Copilot keeps that workflow inside a controlled TrustBase environment.
A TrustBase administrator invites a user. The user signs in to the profile portal tied to their organization and role.
The user installs the TrustBase Apply Copilot Chrome extension from TrustBase's download page, then signs in so the extension can use their profile.
On a job application page, the extension helps read the posting, fill supported fields, attach a resume, and record the apply session for follow-up.
If interview coordination is enabled, the user connects Google. TrustBase Apply Copilot then uses Gmail for interview-related messages and Google Calendar for interview events—nothing else.
Schedulers and teammates with the right roles continue hiring follow-up inside TrustBase while the user remains free to disconnect Google at any time.
When an authorized user connects Google, TrustBase Apply Copilot receives OAuth tokens and limited API access required for interview workflows. We design this connection around hiring coordination after applications are submitted—not around reading a user's entire personal life or unrelated Google products.
TrustBase Apply Copilot can read and send messages used in application and interview follow-up, and update message state (such as read/unread) so inboxes stay workable for schedulers. Message content is processed to operate those features inside TrustBase.
TrustBase Apply Copilot can read calendar data needed for scheduling and can create or update interview-related events. Calendar access is not used to manage unrelated personal appointments outside the hiring workflow.
We do not request Google Drive or other unrelated Google product scopes. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Users can disconnect Google inside TrustBase Apply Copilot or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tokens are retained only as needed to keep the enabled features working.
These capabilities belong to TrustBase Apply Copilot—the same application named on the Google OAuth consent screen.
Use the Chrome extension on employer sites to fill supported fields from a TrustBase profile and attach the right resume.
Maintain identity, experience, and documents that feed apply sessions—limited to authorized accounts.
Record where applications went so teams can prioritize follow-ups instead of reconstructing history from memory.
With Gmail connected, coordinate interview and application messages inside TrustBase workflows.
With Calendar connected, create and update interview events tied to hiring activity.
Google scopes stay limited to Gmail and Calendar. Connections are optional and revocable.
TrustBase Apply Copilot is built for staffing operations: bidders applying on behalf of profiles, schedulers coordinating interviews, and managers overseeing pipeline health. It is not intended for children, anonymous public signup, or consumer social use.
Anyone can read this homepage and our policies without logging in. Signing in, installing the extension, and connecting Google are steps available only to invited users under Trustbase LLC or client-organization policies.
Google requires an application homepage that identifies the app, describes its functionality, explains Google data use, and links to a privacy policy on the same domain. For TrustBase Apply Copilot:
